At Yoga 4 You, we have pre-packaged programs that are simple and effective and all programs can be done on site, virtually or a combination. Pick the package that best fits your company needs and we'll take it from there. Why Contract with Yoga 4 You? Yoga 4 You is a local female-owned studio built from the ground up over 14 years ago. We have over 20 nationally certified and experienced yoga instructors with combined experience of easily over 100 years and we are a fully licensed and insured business. In addition to the over 60 weekly classes conducted in studio and now virtually, we offer Yoga Teacher Training, local and international yoga retreats, offsite classes with partners throughout the community, and so much more! We come from a corporate background and pride ourselves on professionalism, quality and consistency in all we do. Rest assured when you contract with Yoga 4 You, not only will you see reduced stress in your staff, you will feel it too! We handle all the details. You just tell us when & where and we take it from there. |
CORPORATE PACKAGES
You choose the day/time of the week and we'll take it from there. Any of the programs below can be set up with one simple conversation. We'll schedule the classes, manage the staffing, send you an email template to invite employees to participate, handle registrations, and billing. And if conducting the class virtually, we will also manage all the technical aspects (i.e. setting up the class in Zoom, emailing links, etc). And as an additional perk, your staff will have the opportunity to register for a deeply discounted virtual Yoga 4 You Membership at any time during your contracted period offering them access to over 40 live stream virtual classes each week!
Single Class
Contract for a single on site or virtual class of your choice.
30 Day Wellness Program
A 4-week class series incorporating meditation, relaxation and movement led by one of our core experienced instructors. A simple & easy way to take care of your staff.
90 Day Wellness Program
A great way to encourage your staff to develop the healthy habit of weekly stress management. Our 12-week class series includes a variety of classes over the first six weeks followed by the classes most requested by your staff the next six weeks. This program is designed to encourage students to participate each week and will focus on stress management.

SOME AVAILABLE CLASS TYPES OFFERED
Meditation: A 30 minute mental cleanse. Meditation helps relieve anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors while clearing mental clutter. A great way for employees to relieve stress and find focus for the rest of their day. Students will also be given tools for mini-meditation practices they can do throughout their day as needed.
Desk/Chair Yoga: The perfect way to spend a short break in your work day, stretching the muscles that get so tight from sitting at your desk for hours. The entire class can be done seated or standing at your desk. No mat or special clothing needed.
Mindful Movement: By focusing on breath, balance and strength building, students will begin to notice increased range of movement, stronger core strength and an overall feeling of well-being as they continue to practice. Positive effects will be felt immediately after the first class and will continue to build with subsequent classes. This class can be addicting!
Flowing Strength (advanced): If you have a number of students who have experience with yoga and enjoy a challenging workout, this class is perfect. Students will flow through a series of yoga sequences designed to build strength, balance and flexibility.
Restorative Lunchtime Class: This 45 or 60 minute class is designed to help employees release stress and find stillness of body and mind. Walls, chairs and blankets may be used to assist in supporting students in a series of relaxing and calming poses designed to calm the nervous system and the mind. Employees leave class feeling refreshed and relaxed. Watch your afternoon productivity numbers begin to soar!
