Have your vegan cake and eat it too! It doesn't have to be 4 days of straight namaste. Start your day with a yoga class + walk on the beach, followed by a boozy brunch and a day in the sun. After a beautiful dinner (or room service for one), grab a friend and dance under the stars to the beats by the resident DJ.

Group rates are flexible from November 4th - 14th, so flex your dates to work with your calendar! The retreat runs from Nov 7th - 11th, but you can come a little early or stay a little later! It's all about what works for you.

Palmaia is located just south of Playa del Carmen in an uber safe gated community. This allows for the utmost privacy and security. While you can grab a complimentary bicycle and pedal 10-minutes into the heart of Playa Del Carmen, the lush landscape of Palmaia makes you feel like you're on a private beach in Bali.

Food is art here, and the food is exceptionally fresh and beautiful. There are 5 restaurants to choose from with vegan and non-vegan options on every menu.

The rates for the retreat do not include flight expenses; however, round-trip shared airport transfers from/to Cancun International Airport are included in the package cost. Classes are led by in-house "architects" , as well as visiting guides. There may also be a few sessions just for our group that are led by a Yoga 4 You instructor. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in your practice, if you so choose, but there is no obligation to attend any classes - allowing you the freedom to decide. On certain days, you can opt for multiple classes, while other days can be dedicated solely to beach activities. It's not a requirement to possess any yoga or wellness expertise in order to have an amazing experience here.

*One-on-One healing journeys are available at an additional cost.

Classes are held in a number of beautiful spaces, such as the Ocean Tent, where you can see the ocean and feel the warm breeze on your skin.
