Yoga 4 Teens
We are very excited to see more and more teens enter the Y4Y family. While we always invite 9-15 year old's to attend most of our regularly scheduled classes with their parents, teens aged 13+ are invited to attend classes on their own with parent's permission (because let's face it--it's not always cool to practice with your parents!).

*Note: These classes can be used for any regularly scheduled yoga class that does not incorporate yoga slings or poles. Teens aged 14-17 are also invited to attend our aerial yoga classes after taking the intro workshop, but adult pricing applies.
