Imagine the warmth of the sun on your face as you warm up with sun salutations. Picture a Vitamin D filled savasana with the waves lapping gently beneath you. Grab a friend and your mat and join us on the docks at Charlie's on Prior for an all-levels outdoor practice. Class is donation based with a recommended $15 donation. Space is limited so be sure to register online to reserve your spot. Charlie's will be offering specials for those who would like to stay and enjoy some food or cocktails on the deck after class.

Add a whole new level to your practice! Relax into a yoga hammock as you float gently above the earth in a series of 2-3 relaxing poses while being guided through a calming meditation. Aerial beginner workshop NOT required to participate. This class will only be offered on select Sundays through the summer. Space is extremely limited so registration is strongly recommended.

Join us as we partner with the MN Landscape Arboretum in Chanhassen to bring yoga into the great outdoors with 4 classes this summer. Please bring your own mat if possible, and don't forget your water bottle! Y4Y classes will be conducted in either the Sensory Garden, The Shrub Rose Garden or the Sculpture Garden, which are all located on Three-Mile Drive within the Arboretum. Plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes ahead of time to make sure you can get to the class location on time. Ask at the Information Desk at the Arboretum for the quickest ways to get to any of the yoga class locations. For free admission to Arboretum & class please pick up a Yoga 4 You Student card at the studio.
Learning to Fly: Intro to Aerial Yoga
If you are interested in aerial yoga, you are required to take this intro workshop prior to taking any regular weekly aerial classes. Due to the interest in aerial yoga, these workshops fill quickly. Email us if you have any trouble registering or if you'd like to sign up for one of the workshops that is listed as Waitlist Only. Once you complete the workshop, you will be able to register for any of our aerial classes. These have much more availability. This workshop is required prior to taking any aerial classes other than Floating Meditation.

Yoga is all about community--and so are we--so we've added a number of Yoga @ The Brewery events to our schedule. All events are donation based with a $15 suggested donation. This session led by Kelly will be a vinyasa flow class which will be challenging, yet accessible to beginners. Registration is strongly encouraged to guarantee a spot.

Wondering what this yoga thing is all about, but nervous to try out a regular class? This 2-hour intro to yoga is perfect for you! We'll talk about what yoga is, the benefits of practicing yoga and of course, we'll try out some of the poses you might use in a class. It's a perfect opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for this thing called yoga in a casual environment with other beginners. Grab a friend and try it out!

Join us for this fun intro to Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga. This two hour session will begin with a yoga warm up on land and then we will take our boards onto the water as we practice some seated yoga poses to get comfortable on our boards and then move to deeper water to practice some standing poses & sequences--ending in savasana on the water. All gear will be provided. Limited to 10 participants. Cost is $50 ($45 for members).

Yoga 4 You is proud to announce a very special summer evening event featuring yoga, live music and wine! The evening begins with an all-levels outdoor flow class at Parley Lake Winery in Waconia featuring live music from the one and only Kevin Paris. After gently re-awakening from your savasana, make your way into the tasting room to grab a glass of wine (or try a flight) and find your spot in this idyllic rural setting to sit back, relax and enjoy Kevin’s folk-reggae-acoustic fusion reminiscent of artists like Jack Johnson & Ben Harper. Class is from 5:30-6:30 followed by a 90 minute concert from 7:00-8:30pm. Indoor space is available in case of inclement weather. Tickets are $40.
