We've partnered with Kristi Pink, RD LN MPH to serve as a nutrition resource. We will be offering periodic workshops, a Nutrition Series, and keeping you up-to-date with the trends.
Meet Kristi Pink "I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) who is a Licensed Nutritionist (LN) in the state of MN. I received my MPH (Masters of Public Health - with an emphasis in Nutrition) from the University of Minnesota in 2005. Yoga has been such an integral part of my life for the past few years. It has provided me a sense of inner peace and I believe helped me have a wonderful and healthy pregnancy. Yoga provides such a personal experience and can be very enlightening. Food can also be a very personal thing and I believe that what we eat and drink fuels our mind, bodies, and our practice on and off the mat.
I am excited for the partnership with Yoga 4 You as this brings the potential for many exciting new opportunities. Through this partnership I hope to help fellow yogis, busy moms and dads, teens, kids, etc. with their nutritional questions and concerns by providing workshops, 4 and 6-week nutritional programs, and individual consultation opportunities - the sky's the limit. I believe that nutrition impacts us all from birth into adulthood and my goal as a nutrition professional is to reach out and be a resource to help clients with whatever is impacting them."
