Yoga 4 Relaxation & Renewal
Relieve fatigue and stress while encouraging your own well-being with this therapeutic style of yoga. Blankets, blocks, pillows and other props are used to fully support your body in gentle stretching postures. These restorative poses offer benefits to both the body and mind for conditions including: insomnia, asthma, chronic pain, migraines, and depression. It is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes complete relaxation. Blankets and pillow are provided, but feel free to bring your own. (all levels | 75 minutes)

Yoga 4 a Healthy Back
Up to 85% of American adults experience back pain at some point in their lives. If you are one of them, this class is for you--even if you've never tried yoga. As we age, ligaments and tendons shorten and joint range of motion (ROM) decreases; disks lose their ability to absorb shock, muscles weaken, and bones lose mass. The low back, which bears much of the burden, is particularly prone to problems. A back maintenance exercise program is key to avoiding and helping resolve these issues. Unlike traditional back care exercises, which isolate the parts of the body to be stretched or strengthened, yoga postures are designed to integrate and benefit the whole body. By lengthening connective tissue, expanding ROM and improving posture, yoga can protect against back injury. This class will lengthen and strengthen your back muscles, spine and entire core relieving stressful tightness and spasms. (all levels | 60 minutes)

Meditation 4 You
Give yourself a mental cleanse. Start the day revived and focused instead of stressed and overwhelmed. The exercise of meditation helps relieve anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors while clearing mental clutter. During the 30 minute meditation, we combine deep breathing, visualization, and scripture to inspire and encourage you. Achieve mental clarity and take control of your thought life with a regular meditation habit. Dress in comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat. (all levels  | 30 minutes)  more info

Yin Yoga 4 You
Yin yoga is designed to stretch the connective tissues, ligaments, tendons, and joints in the body. Poses are typically held for 3-5 minutes while the muscles are relaxed. Postures are done primarily seated or lying down and target the lower back, hips, pelvis, and legs. This quiet practice allows for plenty of time to relax and turn inward. (all levels  | 60 minutes)

Prenatal Yoga 4 You
The bond between mother and baby is celebrated in this unique yoga class. You will learn specific yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to relieve the physical and emotional discomforts that can occur during pregnancy. Feel the connection between you and your baby while improving your health and preparing your body for the big day! It is important to talk to your doctor before attending class. Yoga is recommended for those in the second trimester and beyond. (all levels | 60 minutes)

Yoga 4 Tweens
This class was developed specifically for ages 8-12. Yoga helps tweens develop a positive and healthy body-image by building strength, focus and confidence. It also provides them with a healthy and challenging way to gain a sense of achievement and to cultivate discipline. (all levels  | 60 minutes)

Yoga 4 Mindful Movement 1
A beginner level class perfect for anyone interested in learning yoga in a safe and gentle environment. Class includes gentle stretches, balance and breathing as well as movements designed to increase range of motion in joints and increase strength and well-being. Be prepared to have fun and feel great! (level 1  | 60 minutes)

Yoga 4 Mindful Movement 1.5
This class is a great way to become familiar with the poses commonly used in yoga. It focuses on poses to stretch and strengthen all major muscle groups while opening the body to increasing challenges. It incorporates more strength-building postures than our Level 1 class, but is still appropriate for beginners. Emphasis is given to basic alignment of the poses. (level 1.5  | 60 minutes)

ZUMBA® 4 You 
ZUMBA® is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness routine with infectious music and easy to follow dance moves that will tone and strengthen the body. Each energizing workout burns 400-1000 calories and is suitable for men and women of all ages and shapes. Most fitness levels will enjoy this medium-impact class. It's a fun cardio complement to your yoga practice. Please wear indoor gym shoes with non-marking soles. (level 1  |  60 minutes)

Inspirational Yoga 4 You 
A gentle class designed to help you relax, de-stress, stretch and build strength. All classes begin with a themed devotional reading to focus on throughout class and include fun and inspirational music to guide and encourage you. It’s a gentle yet effective workout that will bring peace to body, mind and soul. This class is perfect for those just beginning to practice or for those days when you are tired and prefer a less challenging class but still want to break a sweat and get in your self-care. Hot Yoga 4 You 
Hot Yoga consists of a series of yoga poses conducted in 100° - 105° heat. As you can imagine, a vigorous yoga session at this temperature promotes profuse sweating and makes the body very warm, and therefore more flexible. The heat allows the muscles to stretch deeper than they would otherwise with less danger of injury, and detoxifies and cleanses your body. What to wear? Most men prefer to go shirtless and wear shorts; for women, the standard is a tank top or sports bra with shorts or lightweight yoga-style pants. Hot Yoga Tips include: Drink plenty of water prior to and during class; don't eat 2-3 hours prior to class; bring a towel; and, be prepared to come back for more-- it's addicting! (level 2  |  60-90 minutes)

Happy Hour Yoga 4 You
How many times a day do you stop and take a deep breath and really enjoy life? How about trying it this Thursday with our Happy Hour Yoga class? Start off with an hour of a modified vinyasa flow class to challenge your body and calm your mind. Finish with some relaxation, good conversation and refreshments. There is really no better way to unwind and live in the moment. So gather a few friends, put on your yoga pants and come enjoy the moment. (level 2-3  |  60 minutes)

Yoga 4 Flowing Strength
This fun, challenging , flow-style class combines sequences of poses more quickly, focusing on importance of breath and core strength. (One-breath-one-movement.) You will develop overall stamina, strength, and flexibility while gaining peace of mind. Previous yoga experience is helpful. (level 3  |  60 minutes)

Yoga 4 Sizzling Strength
Turn up the heat on your practice! This class allows you to enjoy all the benefits of a Flowing Strength class as well as the benefits of practicing in a heated studio. Heat increases your muscle elasticity, improves your body's ability to burn fat, and promotes detoxification. Classes are conducted at 95 degrees. Perfect for you if you love the movement in a typical vinyasa flow class--but also want the benefits offered by heat. (level 3-4  |  60 minutes)
